James and Lucy Fox opened Fox Seafood Inc. as a wholesale fish business in 1981. A modest building was constructed to fillet and smoke fish. Under the management of smokemaster Robert Rakovic the business grew and the Fox brand of smoked fish became known for it’s freshness and superb quality.
Today Fox Seafood is owned and operated by the LaFountain family. The business continues to grow under their careful supervision and management. Fox Seafood remains dedicated to providing 100% all natural seafood smoked in small batches to ensure quality and flavor.
