Policies

Our smoked seafood is perishable.  The contents will be packed in a Styrofoam container with ice packs and guaranteed to be fresh when it arrives. Please open the package as soon as it arrives and refrigerate the smoked seafood until it is consumed.

Your order will arrive within 1-2 days of the shipping date.  However, the shipping package is designed to keep the contents properly refrigerated for a period of 72 hours.  If your package does not arrive within 72 hours of the shipping date, please contact our office immediately at (401) 783-4646.  You will be shipped a new order at no cost to you.

The shipper will leave your fish order if no one is home. Fox Seafood Inc. will not be responsible for items delivered but not opened.

All claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt. Do not discard any of the packaging if there is a problem. Call our office immediately at (401) 783-4646.

Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization number.
Please include the reason for returning the item with your return. Please retain your packing slip. Packing slips are required for all order adjustments and returns. Call our office (401) 783-4646 before shipping your return to receive your Return Authorization number.

Credit will not be granted if items are discarded or partially consumed.
We can only deliver to a street address. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, A.P.O's or F.P.O's.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will require additional shipping charges. Please contact our office for shipping rates and conditions.  Please call to confirm delivery service for these areas (401) 783-4646

Fox Seafood Inc. is not responsible for packages which are lost or spoiled due to incomplete or incorrect addresses. Please carefully check and confirm addresses before submitting your order. Be sure to include your apartment number, floor number, etc. UPS or other shipping companies are not responsible for address corrections or verification of address.

  • All orders received Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday by 2PM, will be shipped from our facility the same day. Orders received after 2PM will be shipped the following day.
  • All orders received Thursday after 2PM, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be shipped from our facility on Monday.
  • For orders over 21 lbs., please contact our office at 401-783-4646 for discounted pricing and shipping rates.
  • All shipments will arrive within 1-2 days.

Your change or cancellation must be placed at least 24 hours in advance of the shipping date.
Orders cannot be cancelled or changed on the day they are shipped.
